Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on sleepluxuryguide.com. By placing an order, you accept the terms below.
1. Shipping Origin
All Sleep Luxury orders are shipped from within the United States. Products are picked, packed, and dispatched from our US fulfillment partners.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (including APO/FPO/DPO addresses where carrier supports it). International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. "Business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, product launches), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you if delays are expected.

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. They begin counting from the day the order is shipped, not the day the order is placed.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also check order status by logging into your account.
6. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method. Aureon Recovery Club members receive free standard shipping on eligible orders.
7. Delays and Carrier Issues
Sleep Luxury is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier operational issues;
- Weather or natural disasters;
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout;
- Customs delays (not applicable — US-only shipping);
- Events outside our reasonable control.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Orders with incorrect addresses may be returned to sender, and re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, the package is considered the responsibility of the customer. If a package is reported missing after delivery confirmation, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors, building management, or other household members;
- Waiting 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages "delivered" before actual delivery;
- Filing a claim with the carrier directly using the tracking number.
We will assist with documentation where possible, but Sleep Luxury cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages lost after confirmed delivery.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, or items are missing, contact hello@sleepluxuryguide.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents. We will resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis, typically through replacement or store credit.
10. Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us as "undeliverable" due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed mail, or refusal may be subject to a re-shipping fee if the customer requests redelivery. If the customer requests a refund for an undeliverable package, original shipping charges are non-refundable and a handling fee may apply per our Return and Refund Policy.
